Our mini kilts follow European sizing and are designed to be worn at a woman’s natural waist.
To determine your kilt size, measure the distance around your waist using inches. Do not bend over to read the measurement! By doing so, you ultimately change the original number and end up with the wrong size kilt. Have a friend help, or use a mirror to read the correct measurement. Then, select the size that matches your waist size the closest.
If you have a borderline waist size (ex. 29") and you cannot decide between two kilt sizes, we always suggest the larger of the two choices for your comfort.
Note: The length of billie kilts lands approximately mid thigh. If you would be more comfortable with a longer length, you can select the next size up and wear the billie kilt lower on your hips. Or, we suggest our ladies kilts that are a few inches longer.
